For Logistics Services: Cancellations must be made in writing (email) at least [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For Packaging Materials: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
