Refund and Return Policy

Return Policy Logistics Services: Services, once rendered (e.g., freight moved, storage space occupied), are not returnable.

Packaging Materials: Due to the custom nature of our boxes and tapes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

You cancelled a logistics service within the permissible cancellation period.

You cancelled a packaging materials order before it was shipped.

The packaging materials received are damaged or defective.

Process for Damaged/Defective Goods: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, accompanied by clear photographs as evidence. We will investigate and, if validated, pro vide a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., to the same bank account, credit card, or UPI ID) within 7-10 business days of approval.
